I have 25 years of credit union lending experience, but am a recent Lending Council member and this was my first Lending Council conference. I learned more the first program day than I have at any conference before this.
It was much more than I expected!
The best and brightest in credit union lending come together to share and build the common knowledge needed to be successful.
Enlightening, refreshing, just the motivator I needed to regenerate my thought process. Open-minded board members should consider this experience.
This conference is the only one I attend religiously. I like the networking with my peers from all over the country. I have made some lifelong friends and we continue to contact each other during the year to discuss lending policies.
The educational and networking experience is the most valuable experience to share old and new ideas. Great job to all!
