Technology Forum Display Tables and Exhibit Hours

The Technology Forum provides a formal setting for partners to display and demonstrate their respective technology offerings. All available spots have been filled. Each partner that has paid the additional fee will have a six-foot table. We encourage you to bring your own displays as long as they do not take up more than the six feet of allocated space. You must have active technology in your display, the form of which is up to you. You can replace the six-foot table with a six-foot display if you notify us in advance.

Formal hours of operation are listed on the agenda, and detailed as follows:

Sunday, November 12 – Set up between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.; Open 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Monday, November 13 – Open 2:00 to 5:30 p.m.

Tuesday, November 14 – Open 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Teardown can occur on either Tuesday after 7:30 p.m., or Wednesday morning

Additional hours of operation:

As a partner, you are invited to all meal functions, social events, and conference sessions. We encourage you to use this time to attend sessions and mingle with the credit union attendees to hear the questions being asked and the topics being discussed to evaluate services you can provide. We suggest that you be at your display table during breakfasts, networking breaks, and any time sessions are not being held.
