Biggest challenge To reach $40 million in total loans. Greatest benefit of Council membership Sharing and learning with other credit unions, and the new ideas and strategies I've learned. Joe Webb is lending supervisor at Members Choice Credit Union in Peoria, Illinois. He works with the lending and collections departments and directs the loan department ($38 million in loans). He and his wife Christina and son Dylan live in a rural community outside Peoria.
