Please Comment on NCUA's Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking

The NCUA is seeking comments regarding credit union mergers, charter changes, board fiduciary duties, communication with members, and voting issues. While there is not a proposed regulation yet, commenting now can help direct the NCUA's efforts. The comment deadline is April 30, so please comment as soon as possible.
