NCUA Regulatory Alert – HMDA Guidance
o The filing deadline for 2004 HMDA data. There is a strict March 1st filing deadline, and credit unions are encouraged to file well ahead of this deadline to ensure that any errors in submission are resolved prior to March 1st. o Reference information, such as the HMDA Guide for Getting it Right. o The availability of reporting software for 2005 calendar year data. o Reporting by credit union service organizations.
