CLC Membership Survey Results

Your Cuna Lending Council recently completed a comprehensive member survey. I'm pleased to report that we had an excellent response rate and gathered a lot of good information. As a member of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Membership Committee, I am committed to making your membership an outstanding value. Your feedback will be used to identify educational topics for conferences and Webinars, enhance membership benefits (including the Listserv), select future conference locations and make sure that we stay true to our mission of being the premier source of lending education in the credit union community.

We have compiled highlights from the survey results that you may find interesting. These are listed below. I would like to thank all those who participated. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. Rest assured that we will use this to improve the CUNA Lending Council and also make this year's conference the best yet!

If any of you would like to share additional thoughts or needs help with a membership issue, please don't hesitate to contact me directly at 954-745-2340, or e-mail me at lgill@citycountycu.org.
