FTC Issues Model Forms and Procedures for Use By ID Theft Victims

The FTC has published a notice that references a revised FTC publication containing guidance for ID Theft victims. The guidance describes the different types of identity theft problems that victims may confront and the best means to resolve these problems, as well as how to minimize future recurrences.
